Burger of the Sea



Mmmmm. This is my all time favorite way to prepare salmon at our house. Before you give me more credit than is due, we bought these burger patties already frozen. They cook from frozen in a matter of minutes, have terrific flavor, remain moist, and are delicious! When I first bought salmon burger patties, I wondered how you're supposed to serve them. Somehow, ketchup and mustard sounded like it would not taste quite the same on salmon as it does on beef. I prefer them with a leaf of lettuce, a grilled pineapple ring and grilled red onion slice. If you need ideas, there are several listed online. Many people like these with a tartar sauce, but I have to say I think my way is best. Bon apetit!
